    Great yeast didn’t need a starter

    An aggressive fermentation to say the least. There was no doubt just a couple hours after pitching that this was some very healthy yeast.

    Great yeast!

    This is an experiment of mine in that I used this yeast instead of the normal gold packets with a Bavarian Weissbier kit. It seems like it did a great job and the fermentation went very smooth. I added the whole packet but should be good stuff when I get to try it here this weekend.
