    Smoooth!!

I could not wait! I was beer thirsty! I cracked a growler of it 3 days after bottling! I don't use the carb drops I only use sugar. I also added 2 bags of glacier hops (from Mr. Beer). And it is delicious! Light head smooth taste. It rolls on the tongue and saturates your taste buds with chocolate notes black berry and a hop finish! Can't wait to try it when I'm supposed to! From the photo you can see it's still conditioning!

    Really Nice Porter

Just starting to enjoy this treat after bottle conditioning for 2 months - likely give it longer yet for remaining bottles but really like the smooth start and classic porter finish. Amazed at activity after adding blackberries at 1 week but no problems. Can see a slight tint to the head color from blackberries - surprised that don’t really taste them -more like licorice and coffee hint but really smooth. Plan to brew this again this fall.
