We wanted to clone one of our favorite beers from the Northeast, Heady Topper. If you have that beer then understand why we did it, if you have not, then you need to brew this. Full of hop flavor and aroma, this beer will blow the slipper socks right off your feet. If you are going to brew an IPA, then this is the IPA you need to brew.
