    Perfect!

After about a five year hiatus I have returned to Coopers DIY brewing. All my original equipment and bottles were properly stored sanitized and kept in the original packaging. StarSan was good to go. Bootmaker was new to me and my efforts were rewarded with a full-flavored ale at an ABV about 5%.I knew from experience that the Dry Malt would clump up but was reassured not to worry because it would go unto solution during fermentation. Made 23 L that is still improving.Thank you for everything I'll be back!Barrie
