    Really nice IPA

I thought it was the right time to brew a New England/Hazy Style IPA. This one didn't disappoint. Not a big fan of IPA's in general. The only other one I have brewed is Tangerously Hoppy and just like that one I didn't add all the hops that came with the recipe. Great flavor color and it had that cloudy look. Can't wait to share with my friends and family.

    Outstanding NEIPA

I cold crashed this for 4 days-gone for a long weekend and just tried my 1st after 14 days. Wow. Hops (my 2 favorites) are quite fruity with a sharp bitterness. I expect both the forwardness of the hop profile and bitter notes will soften over the next week or 2. Nonetheless I love it as is. This is up there with my favorites Dry River Rye & 3 Zombies. As good as any commercial IPA I’ve tried. Better. I didn’t have oat milk so I made it without. Can’t say I miss it. If you like refreshing citrusy IPAs this one’s highly recommended. I’ll try again with oat milk to compare. Definitely one of the best!

The hops shine in this NEIPA

Nothing but good things to say about this true-to-style NEIPA. It pours a hazy apricot color with great head retention. Aroma is tropical fruit -apricot mango passionfruit pineapple. Delicious tropical fruit flavors with med.-low bitterness and crisp finish. One of the best and could easily pass for a commercially-made beer.

    Super Refreshing Hazy Juicy IPA

I bought this recipe in late fall brewed it up with my 23 year old son studying beer quality in college and then served it up for Thanksgiving with the family. This is a wonderful hazy juicy IPA with a refreshing citrus taste. Best Mr Beer brew I have done so far and would highly recommend it if you like IPAs.
