Oh my goodness. MrBeer did what??

This brew has been my favorite so far. I followed the directions exactly. I bottled in glass for 3 weeks. This thing is dank & sticky. It's definitely worth the price point which crazily enough is still way cheaper than craft beer from the Beer Store.

    HEAVY

My starting gravity was a bit heavy at 1.116 (I probably should have added a little more water here). It fermented for 14 days with a dry hop on day 7. I got 72.41% attenuation and 11% ABV. My final gravity was 1.032. This beer pours very thick and has low carbonation. There is a strong bitterness and maltiness as a IIPA should have there is a hint of sweetness in there and booz on the finish.

    Brew planning

This mix by far is the most involved beer our club is planning to make. However we are very excited to take on the challenge and push our boundaries for a great beer!

Tough to make -- easy to drink. It will be on my favorites list of recipes.
