It starts with Canadian Blonde Brewing Extract, then adds oat flakes, Booster, Citra hops, Centennial hops, Safale US-05 yeast, and Beano tablets to create a crisp, dry, low-calorie IPA.

IMPORTANT BREWING NOTE
Brewing Note: This recipe uses Beano tablets to help create a very dry finish. Add the tablets to the cold water in the fermenter before adding the wort.
