Black maltI use black malt in my belgian ale, amber ale, and raspberry porter recipes. I typically don't use a lot of black malt when I build my grain bill, using it primarily to increase color. I use less than 1/2 pound annually, and like the 4 ounce package offered by Mr. Beer
