Rated 5 out of 5 by Cody G from Good DME Good quality DME. Very easy to just open and add to wort. I did notice you dont want to get it too close to the steam coming off your wort. The steam will make it clump up and then it becomes a sticky clumpy mess. Be sure and really stir your wort to keep it from clumping.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Todd B from DME powder Maybe I added wrongly but the powder clumped together and became almost gum like when trying to mix into the Wort. Was not easy to use and prefer the liquid adders.
