That depends on what you're brewing. The rule of thumb is that you don't want to use more than 10% of the grain bill in your batch, it can overpower with its sweetness. We use 2x for a mild but noticeable sweetness or 4x for a stronger "you can't miss it" flavor addition. This will vary depending on the style, adjust accordingly.
