Rated 4 out of 5 by Montana Blue from Lactose Milk Sugar Adds Value! I made the Angry Bovine Milk Stout recipe with lactose milk sugar added after the boil. Tasted first bottle tonight. Smooth taste and rich body. The lactose milk sugar was easy to use and definitely improved the quality of the beer.

What other types are beer use LACTOSE MILK SUGAR?

Asked by: MDiaz
Lactose gets used in milk stouts and dessert-style milkshake IPAs, but it can be used in anything that you want to add fuller body and creaminess to. Cheers!

How is this product produced?  How is the lactose separated from the milk?  And is it subsequently dried?
