Vienna Malt is a kiln-dried barley malt darker than regular 2-row malt, but not as dark as Munich Malt. It imparts a golden to orange color and a distinctive toast or biscuit malt aroma to the beer. Intended for German Pilsner, Marzen, or Kolsch style beers, but also commonly used in in Mexican beers. Use 1-6 oz. Must be mashed.

4th batch and loving it!We were so excited for this shipment! It was a gift for my husband's birthday and we are brewing it now. Customer service on IG was so great when I asked for a suggestion. Thanks for making such great products! This is our 4th batch and we will be back for more.
