Shipping Costs and Methods

Shipping costs are calculated when you choose your shipping method at checkout. Charges are calculated use the published United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS) rates based upon weight, size, destination, and current fuel surcharges.





Flat Rate Ground Shipping--Just $7.95!
All orders now ship (via UPS Ground only) for a low flat rate of just $7.95, provided the destination is a street address within the 48 contiguous United States. Changes to the shipping method or shipping address may result in the loss of your $7.95 shipping.

Free Shipping Offer
Free shipping applies only to UPS ground delivery within the 48 contiguous United States.

48 Contiguous United States
    UPS Ground (normally 3-5 business days)
    Our standard method of shipping. Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 full business days after your order has shipped. ALL UPS GROUND ORDERS SHIP FOR JUST $7.95!
    UPS Third Day (normally 3 business days)
    Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Third Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3 full business days after your order has shipped.
    UPS Second Day (normally 2 business days)
    Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Second Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 full business days after your order has shipped.
    UPS Overnight (normally 1 business day)
    Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Overnight service. You can expect your order to arrive within 1-2 full business days after your order has shipped.
    USPS Priority Mail (normally 7-14 business days)
    Use USPS Priority when shipping to a PO BOX. If you are not shipping to a PO BOX, please avoid this method - It's more expensive than UPS and may take up to 6 weeks to deliver.
P.O. Boxes

    UPS Second Day (normally 2 business days)
    Most items may be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via Second Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 full business days after your order has shipped.
    UPS Overnight (normally 1 business day)
    Most items may be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via Overnight service. You can expect your order to arrive within 1-2 full business days after your order has shipped.



P.O. Boxes in Alaska or Hawaii

Military APO / FPO Addresses
    USPS Priority Mail (normally 7-14 business days)
    Use USPS Priority when shipping to a APO/FPO. If you are not shipping to a APO/FPO, please avoid this method - it is more expensive than UPS and may take up to 6 weeks to deliver.


U.S. Territories, Including Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico
    USPS Priority Mail (normally 7-14 business days)
    Use USPS Priority when shipping to a PO BOX. If you are not shipping to a PO BOX, please avoid this method - it is more expensive than UPS and may take up to 6 weeks to deliver. USPS Priority to U.S. Territories may carry additional fees.
    UPS Second Day (normally 2 business days)
    Most items may be shipped to U.S. Territories, Including Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico via Second Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 full business days after your order has shipped.
    UPS Overnight (normally 1 business day)
    Most items may be shipped to U.S. Territories, Including Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico via Overnight service. You can expect your order to arrive within 1-2 full business days after your order has shipped.

Canada
    UPS Canada (normally 7-14 business days)
    Items may be shipped to selected provinces in Canada via UPS Standard Ground service. Customs and duties will be assessed by the recipient. Local taxes will be added to your order. We currently do not ship to the following provinces: Nunavut, Yukon, and Northwest Territories.



Shipping Rules and Restrictions

Orders received by 6am PST normally process and ship the same business day. Occasionally, an order may take a couple of days to process. All orders received after 6am PST will process and ship the following business day. Processing and shipping dates do not count as a day in transit. Orders over $200 or using coupon codes may require additional verification and may delay shipment. Delivery signature confirmations are not available.

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. All products ship from Racine Wisconsin 53177.

UPS Saturday Delivery We do not offer UPS Saturday delivery.

Back Ordered Items Certain items may become unavailable from time to time. Item availability is displayed prominently on the website. Back ordered items are generally only out of stock for less than 2 weeks. Please note that if an item you ordered is on back order, we will wait until the item is back in stock and then ship your entire order. If you receive a package and it does not contain all products ordered, you must contact us within 7 business days or your claim may not be processed.


If you have received a Partial Shipment Confirmation, this does not indicate that you have a backordered item. This notification simply indicates that your order shipped in more than one box, and that the two packages did not leave the warehouse at the same time. Usually, the remainder of your order will ship on the same day (or occasionally on the following day) and you will receive confirmation that your order has shipped in full.

Lost or stolen shipments
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.

Received Shipments
If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex or similar facility, or to a public institution such as a hospital, hotel, school, etc., the carrier may deliver to mailroom employees, receptionists, and similar administrative personnel. Upon acceptance by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses
If you wish to have your order shipped to multiple locations, please contact (contact page link) one of our friendly customer service agents via phone. Shipping to multiple locations will incur additional shipping charges.

Incorrect Shipping Information
MR.BEER® is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect shipping information. It is your responsibility to provide up-to-date e-mail, billing, and shipping information. Orders which are re-routed to a different address (for any reason) may incur additional shipping charges.

Returned Shipments
Normally, the shipper will leave your package if you are not home. However, it is up to the shipper's discretion whether or not to leave the package. After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts the order will be returned to our warehouse. To avoid this, make sure to track your order and know when to expect it.

If your order is returned to our warehouse, it can be reshipped at our normal shipping rates. If you choose to cancel your order then you will incur a restocking fee of 20% plus all shipping charges.

Gift Cards are shipped separately! Gift cards are shipped out separately via USPS First-Class mail.
