Standard Online Order


Mr. Beer accepts credit cards, debit cards and check cards from Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all information.

When you place an order with us, we securely contact your credit card's issuing bank to authorize your purchase and to confirm that your credit card is valid and has not been reported lost or stolen.

If your credit card is declined it could be for simple reasons including the wrong expiration date, billing address or card user name. Double-check that the information you entered is accurate and re-submit your order.

Sales tax

Mr. Beer is required to charge sales tax on all orders originating in either Arizona or Wisconsin. Orders placed from any other location will not be charged sales tax.

Tracking your order

To find out the status of an order you've already placed, simply Log In and view your current order (See "Logging Into Your Account" above).

Changing or canceling your order

The shipping of your order is very quick and automated. Please call as soon as possible to make any changes as the order is automatically routed to our warehouse for shipping that same day if possible. You will need to contact one of our friendly customer service agents at 800-852-4263.

Applying a discount code

In order to redeem a coupon code first browse our site to find the items you wish to buy and add them to your Shopping Cart. On the Shopping Cart page, click Checkout. Enter the Coupon Code in the optional "Coupon Code" field on the Shipping Page during Checkout.

Coupons may or may not apply to your order dependent on it's expiration date, its intended recipient, or if it is restricted from use in combination with other coupons or promotions. Just because the system accepts your coupon code does not mean it is valid. We reserve the right to review coupon code use and correct their misuse/abuse.

All cart subtotal discount coupons (% or $ amount off an order), unless otherwise stated, will discount only qualified items. Coupons will also typically will not be applicable to "Buy now, Brew now" promotional items or other clearance level priced products. Most items however, qualify for discount. Items not qualified for coupon discounts are as follows:

  • Kegerators
  • Kegging Equipment
  • Kegging Accessories
  • Keg Washing Equipment
  • uKeg Products
  • Cool Brewing Brand Products
  • Digital Temperature Controllers
  • Gift Cards
  • Items with Clearance Pricing

Coupon codes found on third party websites are not guaranteed to be valid. Coupons cannot be used for International orders or while using International Checkout.

Some store wide promotions may not include promotions discounts on the above items. Store wide promotions that will not apply to the above items are as follows but not limited to:

  • Mr.Beer Day Promotion
  • Any promotion that increases discounts based on the amount of products added to cart. (Example: 1 item = 10% off, 2 items = 15% off etc.)
  • Any flat discount on products upon addition to cart

Can I purchase kits and mixes locally?

Mr. Beer products are carried by many fine large and small retailers across the country. To locate the retailer nearest you, please visit the Store Locator. Please note that Mr. Beer cannot guarantee the availability of any of our products at a particular store, so it is a good idea to call before you visit to verify product availability.

Back Ordered Items

Certain items may become unavailable from time to time. Item availability is displayed prominently on the website. Back ordered items are generally only out of stock for less than 2 weeks. If an item you ordered is on back order, we will wait until the item is back in stock and then ship your entire order.

Partial Shipments

If you have received a Partial Shipment Confirmation, this does not indicate that you have a back ordered item. This notification simply indicates that your order shipped in more than one box, and that the two packages did not leave the warehouse at the same time. Usually, the remainder of your order will ship on the same day (or occasionally on the following day) and you will receive confirmation that your order has shipped in full.



Returns & Warranties


Returning an item

Before deciding to return an item, please contact a customer service representative to discuss other possible resolutions to your situation.

If you do decide to return an item, Mr. Beer will issue a refund for the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee. Mr. Beer will not refund the original shipping charges or the return shipping costs. All items will be returned to Coopers DIY, 3366 N Dodge, Tucson, AZ 85716.

Products must be returned in saleable condition. To insure this, it may be necessary to repackage the order.

Damaged, defective or missing items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective please retain the box and packaging material your order came in and notify Mr. Beer within five (5) days of receiving your order. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the situation to your satisfaction. In most cases, a replacement item will be sent out immediately.

Return exceptions

Mr. Beer will not accept the return of any items after thirty (30) days and does not refund any shipping charges incurred on the initial order or for the return of an item.

Sale Product Policy

If you purchase a Mr. Beer, Mr. Cider, or Mr. RootBeer product at full price that is then marked down within seven (7) days of your original purchase, you may contact Customer Service to request the difference in store credit. The price adjustment request must be received and verified by a Customer Service representative within seven (7) days of your original purchase. Limited to full-priced items marked down for the first time. Does not include sale items that are marked down additionally after purchase date. Price adjustment requests made after seven (7) days from the date of purchase are no longer valid. Price adjustment is for Mr. Beer, Mr. Cider, or Mr. RootBeer store credit only, no refunds. Price adjustment not valid on shipping charges. Only one (1) price adjustment per item. Buy One, Get One (BOGO) items are not eligible. Items purchased with a promotional discount or coupon code aren’t eligible for price adjustment.

Product warranties

Mr. Beer guarantees all products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of purchase. If you find any product to be defective please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

In order to protect the integrity of Mr.Beer products and ensure our customers receive authentic, fresh, and quality products, warranties are void on any items purchased through an unauthorized source (e.g.eBay.com, Craigslist.com, flea market, garage sales, etc.)
