Perfect Lagers Everytime!
This is my go-to yeast when crafting lager recipes. Clean fermentation, good floculation, and predictable attenuation are all appreciated with this yeast.

W-34/70 lager Yeast
This worked VERY Well, I was brewing Pennsylvania traditional Lager in My BeerDroid and wanted to go with a lager Yeast since I would be able to precisely control the temperature.. Side note I also added a pack of Booster because the BeerDroid uses 10 liters of water … I tasted this batch (Force Carbed) just before leaving town for a month…it came out great!

It's the good stuff!
I love the 34/70 Weihenstephan yeast for my lagers and this time of the year the temperature is low enough to allow it to work great for me. It's the classic yeast for German lagers, and I've been using it for many years.

How much of this do I put into the 2 gallon fermenter? I don't have a way to measure grams. Is it like a teaspoons worth or more?
We advise that you use the entire packet. Cheers!

Will this ferment at 70 degrees
Yes it will, however you may find you develop more floral/fruit type flavors. Cheers!

Will this increase the abv
Yeast alone is not responsible to ABV increase.
