Rated 4 out of 5 by MeMike from Brewed it!! Fermentation & Instructions R perfect So in another review I discussed my Christmas gift and the two kits included were the Aztec Cerveza and this Czech Pilsner. Before brewing I actually purchased another "Little Brown Keg" to do them both at the same time. I mean it ferments about the same in terms of time. So I made this Czeck Pilsner and it worked great. I'm including a still shot.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Bachs Brews from First Brew! Great Starter & Simple. I followed the instructions and will be bottling this brew this weekend. Definitely follow the 3 week fermentation time. I tried at 2 weeks and still had a hint of apple cider to it (green beer taste). I'll update once I get a chance to taste the final product. Overall, easy to make and a fun hobby has begun!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Mickster from Czech out this Pilsner...it's Grand! I brewed this with the 3470 lager yeast and it was fabulous! Everybody I shared this with loved it. Very crisp and satisfying with a nice light hoppy flavor. This might be the best so far. Czech it out!

Rated 4 out of 5 by MajBrad from Love St. Pat's Stout I've usedSt. P Stout as a base for many beers including breakfast stout and Russin Imperial, not to mention just by itself. It has never let me down. Bold rich flavors witj just right amount of bitter.

Is this a real bottom fermented lager? What temperature should it be fermented at?

Asked by: velkyvezir
This is not a bottom-fermented lager, all of our refills use an Ale yeast, the style of beer is a lager style. This should be fermented between 68-78 degrees. The ideal range is 70-72 degrees.
